Do not sign up for program if you are not a foodservice operator located in the 50 United States or District of Columbia. Operators already enrolled in the TRIO Triple Play Loyalty Program are not eligible to receive another Welcome Package but upon signing up will still receive entry into the Signature Dish Sweepstakes and a Foodservice Rewards Promo Code for 150 Foodservice Rewards bonus points and entry into TRIO Foodservice Rewards Points multiplier program through 12/31/2013. TRIO FOODSERVICE REWARDS BONUS POINTS PROGRAM: Qualifying operators who sign up for the Triple Play Loyalty Program will receive, in their Welcome Package, a promo code for 150 bonus Foodservice Rewards Points, plus Foodservice Rewards Points multipliers per case of qualifying TRIO product ordered from month code was entered in through 12/31/13. Multipliers are based on volume of qualifying TRIO products purchased each month from month code was entered through 12/31/13: 1-10 cases per month = 2x Foodservice Rewards Points, 11-20 cases per month = 3x Foodservice Rewards Points, 21+ cases per month = 4x Foodservice Rewards Points. Maximum of 15,000 bonus points per operator. Bonus points will be deposited into operators' Foodservice Rewards accounts on a monthly basis on or about the 15th of the new month. Example: points earned in June would be deposited by July 15th. SIGNATURE DISH SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: One winner will receive a trip to the NESTLÉ PROFESSIONAL® Customer Innovation Campus in Solon, OH, which includes: coach airfare for one from major airport closest to winners home to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, Cleveland, OH, 2 nights hotel accommodations at hotel – hotel TBD by Sponsor (one room, double occupancy) and $300 American Express gift card for incidentals.
